Question: Should I bring my car in for an estimate or wait for the Insurance Co. to estimate my car?
Answer: With todays cars quite a bit of the damage may not be visible from the outside and removal of some parts is required to fully inspect the damage to your vehicle. Bringing it to the shop can simplify the estimating process since Insurance estimators cannot disassemble cars for estimating.
Question: My Insurance Company has a network of shops do I have to use them or can I still bring My car back to you.
Answer: Yes! You Can. Although we are involved in three Insurance programs We work with all the Insurance Companies. We do our repairs the right way to get you back. No shop can be in all Insurance Company programs. It is your car and you can have it repaired where you want, just like any other repair or maintenance you pay for.
Question: The insurance company estimate is different than your estimate how do I proceed?
Answer: Bring the estimate to the shop and we can go over the differences and if necessary notify the insurance company of the changes we need to make. Generally this is just a phone call and we will bill your insurance company at the completion of the repair.
Question: What are your hours? Answer: 7:30 to 4:30 Monday - Friday
